Around Columbus, specialist offices tend to cluster near hospitals and in medical office parks, and wait times for a consultation run from a few days for an endodontist to several weeks for a busy orthodontist. Most consultations across Ohio are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. This place is a joke. Absolutely pathetic patient service. Do NOT go here if you want any sort of communication with you or your insurance company.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ohio State University Periodontal Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The providers took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. The level of care I received was exceptional. The residents and faculty are clearly dedicated to delivering the highest standard of periodontal care, using the latest techniques and evidence-based practices. I appreciated their thorough approach and the attention to detail during both my consultation and treatment visits. It’s clear that this is not only a place of learning, but also a clinic that truly prioritizes patient health and comfort. I highly recommend the OSU Periodontal Clinic to anyone seeking specialized periodontal care, they combine academic excellence with compassionate treatment.

Totally agree with this one: "Made several phone calls (over the span of a month and a half) to schedule an appointment following my dentist’s referral. I left a voicemail each time, but they never returned any of my calls." I also emailed them too, still nothing after couples days.
